Molecular Biology Facilities
The molecular biology facilities within the CMBB are used for a wide range of analyses, from the identification of oil degrading bacteria, to assessments of DNA damage in mussels. Novel work has also begun on marine-derived anti-infectives for treatment of multi-resistant gram negative infections, for the future benefit of mankind. For further details on the molecular research conducted within the CMBB, contact the relevant person on our people pages.
