Through our research and teaching and our external Advisory Board we have developed strong links with companies, government bodies and charities. Our Advisory Board brings together representatives from external organisations, key employers, regulators and professional bodies to help inform our curriculum, employability and research outputs.

You don't need a detailed brief when you approach us - simply bring us the issues you're facing and we'll pinpoint the expertise you need, cost the project, and help you find the right solution.

Successful KTPs

Knowledge Transfer Partnerships are part-government-funded collaborations between universities and businesses.

Come to us with an issue and we'll identify one of our academic teams to work with you, and put forward a high-calibre graduate who will be based in your company as an associate to manage the project.

KTPs can can last up to three years and 67% of project costs are available for SMEs. We have more KTPs than any other university in the East of England, helping more businesses in the UK gain competitive advantage and ultimately improve their profitability.
Get funding

We can explain your business innovation funding options. For example, if you're an SME you can get innovation vouchers worth up to £10,000 to start working with us. Innovate UK also offers a range of schemes to support businesses and the UK's Research Councils support collaborative research projects in the UK.
