Saab Seaeye Limited is committed to providing first class training solutions as part of a global customer support program.

Our training courses are strongly recommended to raise the general level of understanding of Saab Seaeye ROV systems, to gain specific technical knowledge to take full advantage of all the features found in our systems and to acquire the knowledge and hands-on experience required to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Effective technical and maintenance training is key to long-lasting ROV systems and optimum availability levels. It also improves operator confidence, maximises system performance and reduces operational downtime and cost.

Facilities

Our training facility at Saab Seaeye in Fareham in the UK consists of a modern comfortable classroom equipped with interactive training aids. Wet tests are carried out in a test tank on the premises. The equipment required for the course as well as the relevant hand-outs are provided.

Our training is flexible and can alternatively take place anywhere in the world, on a customer site or vessel.

Course objectives

•To develop and teach trainees technical ROV system theory relating to Saab Seaeye ROV systems

•To ensure the trainees can make full use of all the ROV system features

•To train trainees on practical maintenance procedures and fault finding on Saab Seaeye ROV systems

•To understand our technical support and repair procedures and policies

•To give trainees confidence on repair and maintenance of Seaeye ROV systems
